Guarantee/goodwill

Our Svans hot water boilers come with a 2-year guarantee.

After the warranty period of 2 years has expired, you will receive 2 years of goodwill, so up to the 4th year we will take over the rifle performance. Depending on the condition of the device, we will decide on the share that we would take over. (Since we are of the opinion that the hot water boilers have to last longer than 2 years, we assume 100% goodwill as in most cases!! (We just want to prevent the devices from being mistreated.)

In the unlikely event that your device no longer works, please check the power supply that it does not collapse and that the device is receiving enough power. (We often receive devices that work perfectly, which is why this test is so important.)
